Can I reserve a sedan service for out of town trips?

Yes! Premier has many regular clients that have transportation demands outside of the area. We go wherever you need to go. Ask about discounted rates when reserving for all day service.

How can trust that my driver will be on time and know where he/she is going?

Premier operates with the highest technology in our office and in our vehicles. Our system uses live GPS and is programmed to constantly choose the best route based on current traffic and weather conditions. Each vehicle is equipped with onboard concierge service through the internet.

How do I know if a car service is legit?

Always look for a Public Service Commission number and a Federal Motor Carrier number. You can call the local government office or visit their website in your local area as well.

How far in advance should I reserve a private car?

Always make a reservation just as soon as you know of your transportation needs. Depending on the date and time there could be other events in the area causing a higher demand. However, when it comes to needing airport transportation it is not uncommon to call the night before.

What will my driver do while they are waiting on me?

The driver will immediately clean the vehicle as necessary so the client always returns to a fresh interior. If there are any errands that you would like for your driver to run for you while you are in an event please just ask. This is never a problem.
